Nissan Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. abides by national and international laws including export control laws and regulations "Control of Item in Relation to the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act B.E. 2562 (2019)". It is Nissan Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. policy that all employees may comply with all laws and regulations.
We established Internal Compliance Program (ICP) to fulfill the export control obligations and mitigate trade risks as well as gain trust from our customers, suppliers, and partners for operating business legally.
Since August 2022, we have received ICP certificate from the Department of Foreign Trade (DFT), being one of the first 26 companies in Thailand. We have made our utmost effort to continue enhancing the efficiency of this activity on a yearly basis with great effectiveness.
We promise that no activities will violate the export control concerning WMD, both tangible and intangible items, in accordance with Thailand’s laws and regulations for destinations globally.
If failure to do so, it would result in serious penalties for the Company and the individuals concerned.
All of NTT employees will continue our internal control of ICP procedure with well awareness and take this matter seriously.
